Elio's roles in non-profit include being a Trustee and Counsellor at One Young World, (the global forum of future leaders from over 190 countries), and an advisory board member at Room to Read (promoting literacy and gender equality in education in developing world).
Elio was CEO of Iglo group (Iglo, Birdseye and Findus) until June 2015, when he led the sale to Nomad Foods. Under Elio’s lead,
Iglo launched an industry-wide campaign against Food Waste, as part a new CSR agenda. Before then, Elio was global CEO of EMI Music until 2010, after
20+ years in consumer goods, first at Procter & Gamble and later at Reckitt Benckiser, until 2008.
Patrick has a strong corporate finance background having previously worked with investment bank Morgan Stanley and with corporate finance and investment management company, Hillview Group. Patrick’s core focus is on private equity and real estate investment. Patrick is a trustee for the Dreams Come True charity in the UK.
Having joined in 2010, Linda Marie Holmes is General Counsel for LSG. A lawyer with 17 years’ post qualification experience, Linda’s background is in the fund and asset management arena having worked for companies such as Fidelity Investments and Columbia Threadneedle Investments (formerly known as Threadneedle Asset Management). Linda is multilingual and is also an accredited mediator. Linda’s main area of focus is company governance, FCA regulations, private equity and real estate investments.
